Terms of Service

Terms of Service:1. I have every right to decline your commission (I may not be able to do it or I dont feel comfortable doing it)2. You may cancel the commission up until the lineart process. Once the color process starts, you are NO longer allowed to cancel the piece. (I will be keeping the 50%)3. The commission is non-refundable once it’s finished.4. Payments are made via Kofi or Gcash. Payment methods could be:
-Upfront payment
-50% start & 50% after lineart (only applicable to those over $10)5. You are allowed to post the artwork on any social media (credit is appreciated but not required); however, you are NOT allowed to claim it as your own.6. I am allowed to post your piece on my social media or use it as an example on my portfolio UNLESS you state otherwise and want to keep it for yourself.7. Double the total price for commercial use8. I am willing to change some terms only if discussed before the agreement of the TOS.9. You are NOT allowed to use/feed my art to train an AI10. Turnaround time will be within 1 week(if there's no queue) unless I state otherwise. Let me know if you need it at a specific date so I can adjust. Rush fee(20%) will be charged if piece must be done within 24-48 hours.11. I will communicate with you alot in order to gain maximum satisfaction however if you wish minimal communication then please inform me.12. Once you pay me partial/full, you thereby agree to my TOSArt Process:Process includes 4 stages:
Sketch < lineart < color < shade & finalization- I will be sending you atleast one photo per stage to check if things are correct and will not proceed to the next stage unless you say you are satisfied.- Only minor changes are allowed at the lineart phase(e.g. pose changing = X. Additional accessories = ✔️)- Only color changes are allowed at the color phase- No changes are allowed during the final stage UNLESS its related to the background/foreground details
